I think it means posting the same post again one after the other. I had this problem recently also when the initial post goes through but I still think it had not so I press “submit” again and again as I get the same message as you have.

Another forum I use was taken down a few times. Once for about a week. The problem was caused by saturation attacks from bots, principally originating in China, hitting the site in order to soak up data (emails, passwords, etc). It was sorted out when the owner introduced a delay wall. I have to say that it isn’t anywhere near as intrusive as the one used here, which is perhaps a bit dated now.

Kicks, you know we've been getting on quite well recently? I even suggested meeting up on your next visit to the UK for a beer or 2?
