Re-activating 100,000 year old bacteria and - from the (paywalled) DT - “splicing the DNA into living bacteria ‘to see what would happen’. A procedure which is ‘unlikely to be dangerous”.

What could possibly go wrong?

We’re all worrying about the wrong things. Humanity won’t be wiped out by nuclear war. It’ll more likely be because some nerdy obsessive forgot to wash his hands. :(

RW, these people are crazy. They are actually against vaccination. Anybody who is against vaccination should be locked up never mind be given a platform to spread their shit.

No vaccination blocks any virus or stops it spreading but it does save lives. Vaccinated people have far better survival rates than non vaccinated people no matter what that vaccination is for.

As to Andrew Bridgen, he himself is a total nutcase. Should be kicked out of politics. His like have done immense damage to this country with their Brexshit ideology.

...i am still a follower of Mr. Campbell because his presentations are based on significant reports. His comments on them are beside his own opinion, the observations of others as well.

(actually it's Dr. Campbell's presentations, following the science, during the crisis which gave me the confidence to get boosters as well)

I find the topic confusing, what with the changing opinions of such a man who spends far more time on the subject than i do, it is something to consider.

...i too find it disturbing, that such a reasoned channel is censored; indeed, it was a mistake what with the political overtones that it created.

(...i did not know anything about Bridgen frankly; in any case right or left it proves the point that censorship is wrong, what is it ''they'' want hidden is asked instead: thanks Lordo.)

...as such, without the conclusive evidence i need i'll keep my opinion to myself, continuing to share what i think is worth noting in the hopes that it helps others like me who remain undecided as well.

...can we learn from the failures?

Self discipline worked, but negligible the efforts of government (everywhere).

...''lockdowns'' as a panacea are not a solution to pandemics it has been found; the government's loss of credibility is understandable.

It would be terrible if those that pointed out the absurdity of the Covid restrictions at the beginning of this thread (and were vilified for it) came back and posted, “We told you so”...
