Hi , We stayed in Eden Beach last Feb....it was ok clean rooms but the rest of the hotel is a bit grubby inside and out and could do with a good clean...but i couldnt really complain as the staff are lovely very relaxed and helpful. As you probably know the outdoor pool is on the roof with a gorgeous view but bit chilly this time of year for a dip. Perfect location, close to everything. Its a good cheap hotel as long as your not expecting luxury. Its very basic but that reflects on the price you pay to stay there. They do a good breakfast at £2.50 a head. I think if they cleaned it up it would be a perfect place to stay as it was a bit of a mess....carpets thick with dirt and the windows you couldnt see out off....I dont mean to put you off im just being honest with you and in this case i still believe the good points of the hotel outway the bad. I wouldnt stay there again just for the fact i believe if im staying in a hotel i expect a clean standard no matter what i paid to stay there, we went without the children so we didnt moan but if we had the children with us i would have walked out. We put up with it as the rooms were very clean its just when you walk out of your hotel room its a whole different story. As long as you know what to expect im sure you will enjoy your stay there as they really are lovely people working there and you never know they may have given it a good old clean since last year.
