Problem is it was Ali Osman (the father of Murat) who took the picture and also wrote the description. OK thanks, at least now I am sure the 2nd letter is "yumushak ge".

"yumushak ge"=soft g, is the official name of the letter in your alphabet Lordo

it's very close to the Greek 'γάμμα" the only difference it that 'γάμμα" is always pronounced whereas "yumushak ge" most of the times is so soft that's almost soundless

In my experience it is the London TCs who drop the letters r and ğ. But you may well be right amongst the peasents perhaps. I must try to mix with some next time I am there.

Also in Greek we don't refer to verbs in their infinitive form.
We refer to them with their 1st person present form.
e.g the verb in Greek is not "to love" but "I love" =ego agapo/ εγω αγαπώ or simply αγαπώ.

Also notice gamiso is future tense of verb gamo/γαμώ.
