Maybe so but this guy took it to the limit. He gets paid the same as his workers. I read somewhere that when the pandemic hit he asked his workers if he could reduce their wages and his own but that he would pay them in full with the money not paid when the recovery takes place. Twelve months later they recoved from the pandemic and he paid everybody all the back pay. What was remarkable about this is the fact that his workers clubbed together and bought him a Porsche. That is fantastic industrial relationship and he has grown his company too.

Of course he was laughed at at the begining but he and his workers had the last laugh.
