No Judge will do anything to him, because his lawyers are going to defend him on grounds of Personality disorder. Most probably he will be put on some psychological support program. I guess you will follow the trial, I am pretty sure you will witness and hear things that would eventually make you feel more pity for him. The only way to get him imprisoned is to dig out that pedophile incident and bring in witnesses.
