Thank Christ Christmas is over!

It must be said that, Christmas is the biggest commercial event amongst all other religious holidays in the world. What great marketing in the name of Christ. It is incredible the amount of commercial business is creates running up to Christmas Day, which is not always on December 25th for all those celebrating Christmas. Watching people going from store to store with bags full of presents to be given to family members and friends, items which most would not buy for themselves as it is not needed in most cases. I am one of those cases during Christmas, present and in the past, receiving presents I do not need. I do not buy presents any longer to anyone, but instead, use the money to do something together with the significant other or buy something which has a practical use for both of us. Last year was a self made voucher for a new Apple iMac. This year vouchers were given for various events that will benefit both of us. No stress, no crowded department stores, no rapping and no cards to write, other than 2-3 e-cards.

Why are you thanking the same swine that's caused Christmas in
the first place? You should be cursing the Swine.

Oh, I was just playing with words.

In any case, it is not his fault for people going crazy over Christmas period buying gifts most people do not need or even want.

It's not just gifts. For some reason we always seem to accumulate a mountain of food in the run up. Go near it before the 25th though and it's "DON'T TOUCH THAT! It's for Christmas".

So, apart from stuffing yourself on the day you spend the next week trying to eat it all, before the perennial January diet.

Does eating and drinking like swines occur only in Christmas? After a few days we 'd have the new year's eve and the new years day, and after a few more (January the 6th), the Epiphany. What the heck. All boring and tiring days with relatives and "friends of necessity", a total show for the ladies, shouts and incoherent nonsense from those who drink too much-some of them women, a pandemonium of children, and mass masturbation with the mobile phones of the rest.

My dream for these days is to be at a house up the mountains of Troodos, with snow everywhere, with a non binding female companion, spending the days walking around , and the nights by the fireplace. I like the feeling of beating nature.

Problem is I don't have the money for such a luxury, there is no snow at Troodos in December any more, and the only existing non binding female companions, are disturbed divorced bitches or whores. So   and   for the dream

Very interesting take on the Swinish behavior of people. As to non binding female companions, is not something a man should aspire to. The best kind is binding female companions. Surely that would be heaven. Perhaps it is as realistic as the existence of heaven itself.

For peace of mind, one must look inwards, it can only be found there. Anything else is very false and expensive.
