Swine governments do not want to show corporations in a bad light. Are they going to investigate why and how? I suspect not.

...they must, and as we speak the NTSB is at work; a preliminary report soon, followed by a final report in about six months.

It is ignored because they are looking after their own. The same thing happening here. Corporations constantly reducing labour pretending safety is not compromised.
