My better half is going to Athens Shopping and amongst the usual essential items such as Nail varnish, makeup, credit cards, more makeup, cash and my car keys (so I can't go out to play); the gritty question arose!

What type are the socket outlets in Greece, will she need an adaptor for the standard Cyprus plug?

Please answer urgently as the hairdryer and curling tongs are already packed.

In Cyprus we use the UK kind of plugs.
In Greece they have the European kind (I believe).

It is the one with the 2 round holes.
