Down time.

Well, I’m not sure what happened there, or why. :?

A year or two ago this was a small but arguably viable Forum, with all the components of one.

Admin has popped up very occasionally and I’d been wondering whether, on his next visit, he might just conclude that what has in essence become one man’s Blog wasn’t really worth supporting.

Anyway, apparently CF life goes on.

I didn't expect it to come back either... Bordo must have been distraught!

It would have been a shame if thousands of articles written over the years by hundreds of members just disappeared into the Black Hole of the Cyber Space with the shut down of this platform.

I am very happy that it has been rejuvenated!

Yes, I agree. Who wouldn’t?

If you still feel the same way - and IIRC - it’s perhaps worth re-stating that you have in the past offered to contribute - in order to ensure its continuation.

Yes, I, along with Lordo have agreed to cover the yearly cost for running the CF platform.

My offer still stands.

It was a 5xx type error (i think it was 522) so no worries from me when I couldn't access it. It meant the server itself admitted it had an internal error.

If CF ever closes down the error will be 4xx type, usually 404.
