Hiya twinkle.

The picture you have is Bad Bob from an Aardman Animation series that ran from 1998 to 2001 called Rex The Runt.

It was an odd show shown late at night because of the rather 'adult' content. It had episodes like A Crap Day Out (Aardmans own joke i think) and Bob Joins A Gang so that gives you some idea of what it was like.

The other main characters were Rex, Wendy (who i remember had rather 'pronounced' boobs) and Vince.

I don't remember much about the individual episodes but i do remember them being very funny.

Hope I helped a bit.

Thanks Vex8. Indeed you are a source of information and a fountain of light relief in this sometimes all too serious forum. :)
