He is the Coach and also player for Anorthosis. He scored a hat trick last week in less than ten minutes.

But this week he didn't score and Anorthosis said bye bye to the championship ;)

If you knew which is my team you wouldn't say that the ref helped us and you wouldn't ask if we had a chance ;) :(

I have to confess, I have divided loyalties -- I would leave Scotland in a heartbeat and move to Limassol if my family offered any sort of support, but my son's favourite team is Rangers ( from Glasgow, Scotland ) and the only reason that they made it through to the last 16 of the Champion's League is because they beat Anorthosis last August. That was a great game, especially because we were watching it 'live' in our hotel, surrounded by Greek Cypriots, on the last night of our holiday, and Rangers managed to win. After the game, we had to pack the car and drive to the airport to return home to Scotland -- but when we landed at Glasgow Airport, my son was astonished to see the whole Rangers team waiting to collect their bags at the same time !!!
I have no idea how to attach pictures to these posts, but I managed to take a picture of my little boy with the winning goalscorer - Nacho Novo - while we all waited to collect our bags .
In all honesty, I'd have been just as happy to see Anorthosis qualify, but , hey, that's football !!!

Hey Leonidas, I'm not too computer-literate, but there's definitely NO 'add image to post' option at the bottom of my screen !
This fact notwithstanding, I am honoured that a member with so many posts chooses to reply to my mindless meanderings -- I really, truly, honestly just want to move to Cyprus, and this is just one way that I can regularly feel closest to the one place that I wish to be !!
You have a good one ,

My team is AEL  Maybe next year we will do better! Rickers, you have to click on the "post reply" button to see the "Add image to post" link. Maybe you are now posting using the "quick reply" which does not offer the image option.

The championship was over for us long time ago :( What matters is to be first or at least 2nd to go to UEFA. After that it doesn't matter much the position.
