I am sorry about your father andri :(
and I am very happy that here in Scotland the new law comes into force on March 26th which outlaws smoking in ALL enclosed public spaces ( bars, hotels, nightclubs, airports, railway stations, shopping malls etc., etc.)

Now isn't that a bit too harsh? How about a "smokers only cafe" is that prohibited?

I'm sorry Sotos -- no "smokers only" cafes. Hotels will be allowed to designate a small number of bedrooms as being for smoking ( for guests obviously ! ), but other than this there will be no smoking at all in any public areas.
The local authorities have recruited extra staff to police this new law, and they will have the power to fine both individuals and bar owners etc. who break the law.
I understand the feelings of the smokers, honestly, but as I said before clean air is a birthright, and the sooner we can tackle this antisocial , unhealthy problem the better, as far as I am concerned.

I only hope tha the Cypriot authorities can find success with a similar plan in the months and years to come .

In Australia 6 bar staff die each week from smoking related illnesses as a result of hours of passive smoking.
