Sending goods to Cyprus from UK

Hi,
I am looking to send about 30kg of personal items from the East London area of Essex to Kapparis.

Can anyone recommend a courier or freight company? (it doesn't have to be overnight delivery a week or so would be ok.)

Many cypriot shops(usually food stores) in north london have free papers that you can take, one of those will have a few in them.
