Here we go again,

I thought you’d decided that the market was about to crash in Cyprus and now wasn’t the time to buy?

As it happens I do know of this development.

Ultimately, you get what you pay for… we are offering stunning 2 bed apartments in a completed development (i.e. you will not be living in a building site for the next five years) for CY£98K. They have ~100m² covered area and include VAT. CY£109K buys you the same thing with a large garden.

I’m guessing that the apartments you are looking at are substantially smaller and I think (I can’t be bothered to look it up for you) don’t include VAT. All inclusive packages (furniture, white goods, electrical equipment, etc.) should always be avoided.

Also, the number one piece of advice I give to people thinking of buying here is never, ever take a sponsored ‘inspection visit’. The developer will put an incredible amount of pressure on you to sign on the dotted line and things can be quite unpleasant if you don’t.

Thanks Mr Gump

Never said the market was going to crash, the visit isn't a sponsored inspection visit. I have arranged it after booking my hotel and flight etc.

Never know, we may even be neighbours!!!

God, CGrump you really are a misserable [blank].

Hope to god I never bump into you, Cyprus, UK or wherever.

With the attitude you have I wouldn't buy a single brick from you. Plus I would only purchase from a recognised agent.

No doubt I will regret the loss of your custom for the rest of my life.
