I like the high fares – they keeps chavs and paupers out.

The one thing I’d really like to see change is the Cypriots attitude towards animals. :?

thats the bad side of capitalism. A lot of places dont pay very good here in the US either but it is so much cheaper to live here that it doesnt matter so much.

Hear hear, Cyprusgrump -- keep the fares at a sensible, profitable level for the airlines, and encourage all of the morons from the UK to continue travelling to the Costa Del Horrible, and leave Cyprus to those who appreciate peace, tranquility and beauty ( and KEO )

I dont see this airfare keeping pikeys away thing working, do you really think that?

most of the brits over here are fuckin' awful! Proper common plebs. Stay away from 'em like the plague, until the time that for some inane reason, I need to get hold of a 9 carat gold plated set of earings from Argos, or a Moschino shirt. I.e. wont happen.

Why are the Brits here all generally from the same pike hole midlands towns, with no culture or class? weird. You'd think they'd all be in Spain or Ko Samui in Thailand. That's generally the pike fest of choice these days.

Alas, the Cypriot 'brain drain' problem continues unabated, while a steady influx of ignoramouses and morons feeds into the country like a steady, dripping tap.

Here's a helpful first step to de-pikeyfying the island. Drop the state tax on books and invest in schools.
