Is it true that people locked up here are only given basic food ie: bread and water or cheese, i hear if you want any thing else you have to pay for it.

I never been locked up so I dont know. There is one way to avoid that though : be a good boy :twisted:

What about the people that are kept in jail until their trial? Those people are not guilty yet. If they make a mistake and arrest me and they feet me crap I will sue them!! :P

You will be surprized what the human body is capable of enduring... It is only survival...in the full grain bread there are most of the nutrients that your body needs. I'm on veggies for 40 days before Easter, so don't worry.
