I go only when I can not avoid it like when a close relative gets married. To the ones that go to church: Do you understand what the priests are talking(singing?)

Sorry I don't do God.
The last time I went to a religious institution was several years ago when I visited Kings College Cambridge for the Christmas carol service.
It was well worth experiencing as a one off.

I do not have a Religion but believe in a God; I travel abroad frequently and will visit a Church, Buddhist Temple, Hindi Temple, Synagogue, whatever to be close to my God.

To my mind, religion was invented by Man and is therefore imperfect; come to think of it most men are imperfect :-)

Christianity (and other religions) were good in theory and miserably failed in practice (something like communism). In practice today religions create more hate and problems than the much fewer good some individuals within them can do. A world without religions would be a better one.

Personally I am atheist (or agnostic when I feel that I need to be politically correct).

Spiritual but not religious. Wherever I happen to be can be a place for reflection for me. Religion frightens me in many ways. Unfortunately, many Christians equate religion with goodness.

dixi, what exactly means "spiritual"? Somebody that believes in more than just science?
