i worked! i have to work every day holiday or not oh the joy! I wish they would bring out double time for holidays in cyprus lol

I was working on Sunday, but before seeing my client went to Paphos harbour to see the new world record 'bra chain' - 111,000 bras linked together - to raise awareness of breast cancer and to rasie money for the appropriate charities.

I would never work on May 1st or any other holiday.

I have worked several holidays, and it was really a pain in the a.... to work when knowing that everybody is relaxing.... yesterday????..... mmm except trying to catch a couple of flights, I flooded my brain with nice fresh barrel beer in germany...

1st May is celebrated everywhere except USA, Canada and I think South Africa. Americans have their own labor day which is on a totally different date. So yesterday, I stayed at home and I didnt work but my husband didnt listen to me and he didnt call out. I guess he didnt want to lose his cozy job cause of me....

I get all winter off only a summer season job like most in napa ......... having that long break in winter wears off after working for 3 weeks non stop, but only here till start of august this year then got a 24hr job as a mummy! yey!
