Thanks for the link. One thing people need to bear in mind:

A number of companies touting property claim that the Laws of Cyprus are the same as England.

Although this is true inasmuch that the laws of Cyprus were established during British colonial rule and are based on English law (as it was in 1948 I believe) - the interpretation of the law, the implementation of the law, and the enforcement of the law are totally different.

So don't allow yourselves to be conned into believing the llaws in Britain & Cyprus are the same.
