Internet Explorer bug?

When I mouse over flash movies like the "cyprusnet" one above I get a grey border around it. This happens with all websites but only with IE. Firefox doesn't have this problem. Is this an IE bug?

probably. I never noticed that since I hadnt used IE in ages but when u said it, I checked it out and it was doing the same for me

It does the same to me but when i clicked on it i was taken to a Cyprus net advertising portal.
Mebbe the grey border is bait for people who think 'what will happen if i click on this?'

no, this is Internet Explorer bug. It does this in all sites with flash.
