I am not sure my purpose is worthy of my Greek hottiness :P

We all have to compromise

Well I remember a couple of quotes form somewhere that goes like this
Money can’t buy you happiness but can rent it for a while.
Or
Money buys you happiness it is called shopping

I like both your quotes :)
Happiness is happiness - bought, rented, earned or received as a present :D

How?

If you had a money tree why would it not make happiness compared to someone that has not got enough to feed him/her self.

So a homeless person living in the gutter is just as happy as rich person is that what you are saying?

I for one would prefer to have money and believe I am happy compared to have nothing and say I am happy.

Money can create happiness and can create missery but I tell you what give me $1000000 miilion and I will let you know which one :D

To my surprise, he returned from the rich dinner very unhappy. I wanted to know the reason. He explained to me: If only you had seen the luxury they are living in a splendid villa, rich food, luxurious furniture, servants and a fleet of cars! It makes me feel extremely miserable".

"But, is he enjoying his life?" I asked, "Is he really happy?"

"As far as I know", he replied a little pacified," he is not enjoying the luxuries of his life. He wishes he could eat ordinary food, even bread, even though he loses all his wealth."

"So you are much richer and happier than he is", I said. "Your health is a greater wealth than those luxuries which have made you so depressed. Wealth alone does not give happiness. You will not sell one finger or eye of yours or your appetite for all his riches or cam!"

I saw the tears of satisfaction and gratefulness shine in his eyes.

"Thank Allah! Thank Allah!" He said.

I was joking, of course :) Personally, I would also prefer to have money  .
However, it is also true that a rich person is not who has much but who has enough :) It is a matter of attitude, so a homeless person may be happy as the rich one. Happiness is peace within :)
