No, for example, what about those people who have a medical condition that they were born the wrong sex. This is just unfortunate, not evil.

I don't mean in that way, I mean that it is happening all to often that extreme things are being said and done by Muslims across the world. It is worrying. We need to have more tolerance, and less judging.
