what do you do if you are depressed and sad without reasons?

meet some good friends and either go out or stay home and watch funny movies for example.

you know what did i do? i deleted all my enemyies (or exe-friends) from my mobile...and i bought very expencive shoes! its really helps !

Shopping therapy is a proven method for the blues(depression) but then so is sex, so give that a try too.

I don't think we are ever depressed without reason. I think it's a matter of searching for the underlying cause and working towards a resolution.

Remember, that the only constant we can rely on is change and for use of the cliche, "this too shall pass".

short term fixes are not always the best solutions. sometimes, depending on what exactly what has been resorted to, we only exacerbate our problems.

ask yourself, what is really wrong and work from there.

don't be afraid to ask for help.
