Why dont you charge lower than other plumbers charge to win contracts? I know many plumbers who charge too much in cyprus. If you charge lower you maybe in a better position !

Might wanna try a "freelance" plubmer job. I am sure english speaking plumbers for residential use are not all over the place in Cyprus. Maybe try the yellow pages or the classifieds.

I did a bit of work as a P&H engineer for companies in Paphos over the last year, pay was £40 a day.

I decided to work 'word of mouth' and am much happier because I can now do a good job at my own pace for what I consider a decent rate of pay.

Hi Eric,

There are a couple of magazines published in Paphos targeted at the expat market - 'Cyprus Living' & 'Grapevine' - try a private ad in them. You can pick the magazines up at most supermarkets
