No Problem at all!

There's a very large Russian community in Limassol but I'd suggest you come over for a few weeks at least before you think of moving here.

Does the ROC have an "open door" policy to allow anyone to come, live and work in Cyprus from outside the EU, or is it just, a question of, how big the bribe is. This is not aimed at MrIgor.

No idea Kikapu. I know that once they almost deported a british friend of mine (before EU) because she had overstayed.

MrIgor, in Limassol there is a big Russian community. We have a russian newspaper http://www.cyprusadvertiser.com/index.php a russian radio station http://www.russianwave.com.cy/ several Russian shops that bring Russian products etc. In Cyprus there are a lot of real estate agents though. The competition will be tough.

MrIgor just do a search for cyprus real estate and that will give you an idea on the market price for villas. This one is in paphos, where there is a huge community of Russians, English and other nationalities.
