So if somebody comes to YOUR home and kicks you out what would YOU do?

1) Seek justice

or

2) Say to yourself that you "can not change history" and "get on with the future & stop living in the past"?

I am sure it would be the 2nd. So get it really really good in your head: Those CRIMINALS will pay the price of their illegal actions and justice will be served either you like it or not? Got it?

It is funny how the criminals think that they should be allowed to commit crimes while their victims should not seek justice!

The operative word there piratis is comes ! That means it's happening now, at the present time, not 32 years ago or even 100 years ago! You should try & deal with things as soon as possible! Get it??????

Pirites / Sotos / Lysi

Same GC twaddle, different day.

Why don't you understand that Turkey intervened LEGALLY under the terms of the Treaty of Guarantee, and this move was approved by the UN Security Council.

GC / Greece caused this to happen REMEMBER THE COUP?, then refuse to do any kind of fair deal, and moan on about their lost property in the TRNC and the fact that TR troops are still here.

You said NO in the referendum, still elect an EOKA terrorist as president and still refuse to even talk.

I, and increasingly the International Community, realise that given the circumstances created by rump'RoC', and their continuing intransigence, the likelihood of return of property is diminishing every day.

You created and maintain this situation, so don't blame anyone else.

So in England crimes are erased after 32 years? If a thief managed to escape and was not caught for 32 years then his crime is excused???

Do you have any more crap to add?

You should try & deal with things as soon as possible! Get it??????

Surely. We will deal with criminals like you as soon as possible.

Ok, so why doesn't the international community recognise the TRNC? If everything was so 'legal' what's the problem, surely Turkey was right and the problem was solved in 1974, why even bother with the Cyprus Problem?

That likelihood of full return for refugees disappeared years before the Annan Plan as a result of the TRNC's policies regarding refugee land and settlers. Yet the GC are the ones responsible for this simply because of the rejection of the Annan Plan? Makes an awful lot of sense - not.

You created and maintain this situation, so don't blame anyone else.

So I ask again, if that is the case why didn't the international community just let it be and recognise the TRNC thus legitimising not only the invasion which was legal but the TRNC's policies with regards refugee property?

Piratis,

You really do go on and onanonaononaonononon about illegalities in Cyprus. You are in the elite club now, you have been upgraded from peasants to EUROPEANS. What have you done about these so called illegalities? What can you do about these so called illegalities? What can your friends in the EU do? I say NOTHING.If you could or if the EU could it would have been done by now.

You took the Orams to court, what have you achieved? Be honest with us, above all be honest with yourself, is the outcome of this court case what you envisaged?

Stop your silly games and tell Papa to stop fucking about and waisting valuable time and get to the negotiation table now. Otherwise you will lose much more than what you have lost already. ENDAKSI?

It was approved by what? The Security Council? You are a joke my friend! You are a waste of time! Unless of course you made a mistake and instead you wanted to say that it was approved by the Turkish National Security Council.

Perhaps after decades of war, war of words as well as war with guns, when finally we find a little bit of room to manouver in, we should have held on to "your land" untill your return. We should have patiently waited while sanctions dried our resolve and then waited for Piratis to come in and dish out all the punishment we deserve. Sounds good to me. Where do I sign?

Piratis / Alexis

OK let's start with the basics.

Have you ever heard of the Treaty of Guarantee 1960, and if so what do you think it contained - and why :?:

Ok "So Easy," let's start with the basics!

We know precisely what the treaty of "Guarantee" contains! Do you? If you do, can you tell us here what it contains? Also, have you ever heard of the UN Charter? Do you know what the UN Charter is, and what it contains? If you do, can you also tell us about it?

I bet you know nothing about any one of them, that is why you are clueless! If you do, prove it! Tell us in a few words what the 1960 Treaty of "Guarantee" and the UN Charter are, and what they contain. C'mon, show us how clueless you are indeed! Show us how misguided and brainwashed you are by the Turkish propaganda! I challenge you!
