Not to sound rude but why dont' you start from learning the correct adjective to describe the people of the country you intend to work for? Cypriot, not Cyprian.

This depends on the company. If you tell us the name of the company maybe I will be able to help you better.
With 7 years of professional experience you should expect between 850 and 1200 pounds (1900 - 2700 dollars) per month for local company, maybe more for an offshore company based in Cyprus. (some offshore companies would pay more than 2000 pounds per month if you are good)
