she definitely did...the problem is she should know better than to go off with three men...the fact she slept with them is not in doubt...the idea that she got raped is in doubt...its obviously consented sex...and then when they treated her like shit and dumped her in limassol she didnt like it so she called it rape...her parents should have taught her better...

ooo this is a dodgy one, i mean, her background should not affect her claim, what ever the circumstances it needs to be taken seriously, im sure this sort of thing happens. her lack of physical signs of rape, show there obviously wasnt a struggle, but she does claimed to have been drugged. Maybe this will show up in her blood tests if its not too late. I cant for the life of me understand why anyone would make such a story up, especially as the tests and questioning a rape victim goes through are so horrendous. Although im not sure what the routine is here compared to the uk on this issue. In a way I hope she is making it up as this would have been an awful ordeal to go through, but she may not be. Either way she needs help, and councelling.

If a woman says NO then it's rape, she doesn't have to fight to within an inch of her life to make it more acceptable to armchair experts.

Sex with a 14 year old is rape wherether she agrees or not.

If her social situation is as described she is a victim whatever has happened.

If any part of her story is true I'd love to get my hands, or better still my fishing knife, on those bastards!

The only problem with young girls in the last 20 years or so, is that they dress and act much older than they look, and unless the law requires the guys to ask for her ID ( like they ever will ), there're always going to be he said /she said situation. If a 14 year old young girl was hanging aroung three men, then I will have to believe she wanted to look and act over 18. Once things got out of control, I don't think the men cared anymore how old she was, and for that, they should pay the penalty.
