I always phone beforehand to the taxi companies, if arriving in Larnaca or Paphos and travelling to Limassol then I use Milano Taxi from Limassol. There prices are very good and the taxis and drivers excellent. Their number is 25 591591. Definitely I would never just pick up a taxi from the Airport.

That's what I mean... I'm not looking for the cheapest, looking for the best service. Depends what you are looking for! So what if I payed a bit more (used it on Crete) at least the service was great!

Phone the taxi companies and get your quote and your taxi will be waiting for you off the plane. I pay between £25 - £30 whether I land at Paphos or Larnaca and depending which part of Limassol I'm going to. The Limassol companies usually give a better price since they are probably combining taking people to the airport and not having an empty cab for the other journey. Milano and Omonia Taxis are both very good, and no I do not work for either of them!

Yeah I'm sure about that but who said that they will not charge you for night fare, luggage or waiting at the airport! They give you 28 Euro without all the extra's. At least on www.cyprustaxi... it is all included. Delay, strike of the taxi's... they'll pick you up!n I've bin there!

Besides, lots of prices they give is for 1 person! Not a taxi that holds up to 4!

The arrival in Larnaca airport is 01:30 am. According to the link (Acropolis-transport) the price to Larnaca will be £21.
I cannot imagine this is true!!!

It was only 6£ from airport Larnaca to Larnaca centrum at 2:00 in the morning by an official taxi waiting at the airport. The counter showed 5, but he added 1 which was ok for me.
