Must be on the sea.

Ideally in Larnaca.

Use of a communal pool would also be nice.

a friend of mine sells one, its near FourSeasons in Limassol, near the sea with communal swimming pool, tennis court, cctv, gates etc....80sq.m + veranda, partial sea view. 65K

when are you looking for Rosemary? I have a new flat being built just now near Tatlisu just east of Kyrenia. It has a gated entrance communual pool gymnasium and just 150 yards from the beach.

We have a two bed/two bath new apartment in Mackenzie, Larnaca, 300m from the sea for CYP91,000 or a 2bed/2bath semi-detached townhouse in Kiti, Larnaca for CYP74,999.

I am looking for an aprtment in Larnaca that is ON the beach, not NEAR the beach, not CLOSE to the beach and certainly not 300M from the beach. I want ON THE BEACH. None of the above fit that description.

It is to buy and there is no budget but being a 2 bed in Larnaca I doubt its going to go into the millions.


I want to open the back door and no have any roads or pavements between me and the sand.
