I personally downloaded it to watch smallville episodes in CWTV as soon as they are out but there are other good channels

Is this both free and legal? How good is the quality from the 1mbit i-choice connection? What channels do they have?

oops.. yes its legal and free!! quality is not that good but try it and see!!

Channels seem ok! But if quality is not that good it is a problem. I hate watching video when it is pixelated and freezes constantly.
