I realise that it has gone past the Cyprus problem but it is between them and the rest of you look like you want a piece of meat. (Zan does a Birkibrisli) If you don't leave him alone I will start to use words that will make your toes curl and squeeeze some oranges to use as lemons.(or worse to that effect). You have two minutes before I return.   :x  :D :) :( :o 8)     :?: :!:

Well, let me tell you a personal story...
Last year in April (or was it May?) my sister and her 15 year old daughter visited Cyprus.Remembering the bad old days of 63-74 period,my sister was very nervous about visiting our village in Paphos. So I asked one of my GC brothers in this forum (one who is usually reviled here by TCs) for his advice regarding my sisters visit. He volunteered to accompany them to the village. He met them and their friends outside Paphos and drove them in his car to the village and everywhere else they wanted to go in the South. He didn't let them spend one shilling while they were his guests, and they still talk about how he had an esky with icecold water and drinks in the back of his car for the trip, and how visibly upset he was seeing their distress at the loss of their village...

I owe you one,dear brother... :)

That should be an example for imitation to all of us! Especially to people who want to kill each other here!!!

Kikapu , please let me know when you are in Cyprus in April , I will come just to shake your hand and give you a big hug ! And a mobile too ! You are a star and I love you man !
For those wandering , I happen to be a full blooded heterosexual who does not hesitate to tell some one he respects that he also loves.

I don't know how and why I deserve so much of your attention Miltiades, but I do appreciate it. It would be nice to meet somewhere in Cyprus, all 100% of it.!!

We have already booked the flight for the last two weeks of April, but have not arranged any hotels yet, or which side we will be doing first, so I can't tell you very much at the moment. I always leave those details to the last minute anyway.

My girlfriend said, she does not care whether you're Gay or Straight, as long as, you're not a woman.

She never asked for my opinion.

WHAT.!!!

Once again please Zan, but in English this time.

I'm still waiting for clarification on this one.

What is a "tootin" and why am I a "prat".

We all know there is no ADSL connection at the occupied.
VP is the only TC person who lives permanently there.
How on earth is he able to have a constant online connection to the internet?
Paying my the minute would cost a fortune....
Paying using a dial up would cost another fortune...

Your lights please.

Why hasn't VP given an answer to this question yet.??

We should really ask the question, who is trying to screw who, and at what cost to the country of Cyprus.

That's exactly our point Kikapu. We know the answer to this. You don't.

Well, don't keep the answer a secret, let us all hear it mrfromng. :!:

Sorry Kikapu, must have missed that one.

Have you never watched westerns? The ones where some old man says "you're darn Tootin" just before he spits out a mouth full of chewin tobacco? OR; how about a western with Doris Day in?

Any way..........It means "you are damned right". You are damned right I will.

Now what I meant in the rest of the sentence was that I will fight for your right to say what you believe but when you are attacking me in the way you were, as far as I am concerned then you are acting like a prat. Hope that clears things up.
