Who will write "The People's History of Modern Cyprus&q

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Piratis » Thu Jan 06, 2005 3:46 am

The T/C govt under Talat has recently introduced revised history books into Schools encouraging free thinking and objectivity, but the G/C admin still hasn`t achieved this.

So in the new TC books it is said that in 1974 Turkey found the excuse to invade and occupy Cyprus for its own strategic reasons?

If not, then you can not claim that the TC books are any more objective than the GC books. The GC books don't talk about 63-68, the TC books change the facts of 74-2004.

The GC books don't talk about 63-68,

Piratis, this is a fact.

the TC books change the facts of 74-2004.

And this is your interpretation.

I think you are wise enough to distinguish the difference between two.

I see. So when I say something that you like, it is a fact. When you don't like it, it is just my "interpretation". Just another point that shows how subjective you are and, unlike me, unwilling to accept any wrong doings from your side.

no he is not wise enough his heart is black with hate.

Brother, before you judge how wise I am maybe you should try to write something more that one line comments and copy-paste of news articles.

Piratis another example for you which is a intrpretation and neither you and I like:

"The GC history text books change the facts of 74-2004."

I hope and I pray to all gods of ancient Greece, this time you can distinguish the difference between the facts and interpretations...

ok ok. The TC books are right. In 74 what we had here was a "peace operation" and after we had "TRNC" which is something perfectly legal.
whatever...

How i choose to write is my business but like many on this forum, it is obvious even to the blind that you have a hate filled heart and are very much RACIST.

You try to state facts but your hate steps in and you lose the plot and show your true face, the face of a turk hater hence all the labeling and name calling.

You can carry on as you are but in time many will just ignore you as this is the best answer to a nasty piece of work like you.
