Ok, still early though!

Have you got a card? Mine cost me £4 UK. Just to get looked at then put on the side. I should dig out last years card and give that one to her. She wouldn't be able to tell anyway!!!

Shame on you Simonwjones...£4 its not that much...and I hope you dont count your love with money(£/$)...

No I didnt get a card...and I am not expecting any!!!! :roll:

Valentines day its not that important...you have 364 days more to show your love to her... I hope you didnt wait for valentines day to do that. But women are usually pleased with gifts, actions or words (depend on the woman) that will show your emotions for them....

I hope your wife/girlfriend love appreciate your effort!!

Hi Lena & All

Here's a little story for you.

Jo (wife) arrived home this morning after picking up Louis (son) from play school.

She came in with a bag from Debenhams in Paphos - which for Jo is normal!!! I took NO notice of it, even when Louis emptied the contents out...

SO - Jo thought as I had seen the items she should give me my present as it was no longer a surprise...........

WHAT did she give me ???????????????

Not 1 BUT 2 - Inflatable – Red Flashing Road Side Cones..............................

I had to plan my revenge --- Off to Carrefour I go --- I bought Jo a portable Vacuum Cleaner ……………. What did Louis do when we got home???

You guessed it! He took Jo into my office and opened the bag – and pointing at Jo he said MAMMA………………

Jo in fits of laughter gave me a BIG kiss and said thank you.

NEXT YEAR – It’s back to Diamonds & Watches I Hope…

Quite right mate. She doesn't deserve a card anyway. She's got you to look at first thing in the morning, what else could she possibly want?!! :lol:
