It is in Athallassa area opposite the new General hospital in Nicosia. You can see the building from the high-way as soon as you arrive in Nicosia.It is a huge building !

If you head to Nicosia exit at roundabout to go to the home centre, turn right head towards the home centre keep going until you get to the next roundabout then turn left and go past the new hospital and keep going it will be in front of you. It s suppose to open in august and they are on track for this time frame

As far as i know IKEA opened 2 days ago. Anybody heard anything? i dont really understand why do they have the 2007 catalog on their webpage when everywhere else they already have the 2008...

Yep,
Apparently it was mayhem there on Thursday. All the "adkiaseroi" of Cyprus went shopping.
There were police reports about congestion in the area because of all the cars.....

p.s. sorry for those who dont understand what adkiaseroi means i just cant remember the word right now :p

haha...dont do what they did when they opened a huge Ikea in Tottenham.

Ok, just returned from IKEA. The best sentence to describe it…

It's the largest collection of conflicting junk I’ve ever seen in Cyprus.

Btw, I noticed that some of their plates had a "Made in Turkey" underneath...
