This football match between Greece & Turkey shouldn't concern us Cypriots at all...but its the sad reality that summerises the cyprob...People on both sides of the divide take pride in flying the national flags of these two countries and support their teams instead of their own...

According to the official records Greece & Turkey have played 7 games at top level in the past and Turkey has won 5 games and draw the other 2...

I am based in London so can't go, you guys on the island, get your Cyprus flags, rally behind the Cypriot squad, which is playing very well these days.

Cyprus 5 - 2 Republic of Ireland

Cyprus 1 - 1 Germany

That depends on your definition Cyprus team and who plays for it... :wink:

Greece are a joke now but Cyprus have put in some good results of late.
