Oh... also, does anyone know of a website where I can get the regional breakdown for the 2005 vote? I managed to find the regional breakdown for 2003 but haven't had any luck so far with the recent elections...

This is the link for court system in the north. It is in Turkish but it includes many info regarding TRNC political life, because in north courts oversee and superwise the election.

It is not very user friendly but it is very informative if you know how to use it, as it contains ample of laws and regulation used in Cyprus dating even 1891 under British rule. So there are a lot of English written laws that you can access to. I was quite impressed with the site when I first realized how extensive it goes back in time.
