I dont know any Cypriot who havent said that not even once...well they talk me that it is Turkish word...but I can put my hand on fire for that...and that the meaning include a donkey shagging you!!! 
Well ... we you use it with different ways ...as "aeissiktir" "assiktiristou" "assiktirisa" = verb, "assiktiristiko = adjective, "assiktir" = noun ....
