Now these are simple politics, why cant UK give up a Chechen separatist Zakaev since their constitution is allowed to? Do you want to get into Chechen topic now? Dont... If Bush decides to build a Missle Defense System in Europe, Russia has to reposition their systems to balance the domination. Russia has it's own extradition laws, the UK have theirs, every nation has it's own laws on the subject.

Why should Russia change it's constitution to suit the UK ?, you can bet there is more to this case than is allowed to meet OUR eyes, but then we ARE dealing with politics aren't we.
