I think we should rename Cyprus to the "People's Republic of Cyprus". Any other suggestions?

What about the indigenous animals that live here

...... some of them have been here way longer than the GCs ( > 12,000 years).

Greek.god,having the name 'People's Republic' in Cyprus' name implies that it is a Commie country like China is.I reckon that Cyprus should be known as the 'Federal Republic of Cyprus'.

Cyprus is supposed to be a dimokratia/cumhuriyeti (a democratically run republic) anyway,irrespective of which community each elected representative comes from.

In the event of Cyprus being divided, may I suggest "Donkopolis" for the South and "Muletown" for the North ?. :lol:
