The Best Cyprus Community

MrH, this is what other more educated young TCs think!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I know that some of you TCs have these imaginary ideas that you owned this or that but the sad reality is that you owned a pittance. Your community was always very poor because of its laid back Turkish ways whereas your GC counterparts were always the industrious capitalists.

What about the thousands of FORIEGN STUDENTS studying at the arguably best University on the ISLAND, The East Mediterranean University (EMU), we never see any of those complaining.

Best university? Image
What a stupid little paragraph... do you know where these "students" come from?

Ayse you are so clueless about Cyprus it makes me wonder why you even bother if all you can achieve is to make a fool of yourself... :?

I would also like to speak to these Greek Cypriots who stayed back...
Care to point me where to find them?
Would they be in the village of Kormacit by any chance?

"President" Denktas? Cyprus college?? What the hell are you talking about???

MrH, let me explain something to you. What determines the status of a university, among others, is how easy or difficult one can get a place in it, and how easy or difficult it is to graduate from it. In that respect, most if not all of these universities in the north, are mere diploma production factories that not even Turkey does recognize their validity. Search it, and you will find out that not too long ago, the owners of those universities were complaining about this fact, which was threatening their recruitment of students from Turkey.

Denktash went to the English School and then became a barrister at Lincolns Inn. Cyprus College was founded in 61, denktash graduated in 47. Why do you never do your homework?

Mr Kifeas - You may like to know that my first cousin is a visiting lecturer at University College London, University of London who graduated from EMU with his Phd and was gladly accepted as a lecture in arguably one of London's most prestigous college's - UCL.

Also read Section 3 (Development of Higher Education in North Cyprus)

EMU Degrees and Diplomas are ACCEPTED Worldwide! This fact, you must have known matey, you all can't be that blind.

DT - I was pulling your leg regarding Rauf Raif Denktas and his College days, was trying to give the Cyprus College a Bit of Prestige!!! Everyone with an inch of a brain knows that he went to Lincolns Inn, while Clerides went to Grays Inn.

Funny that you mentioned Kormacit village. Have they sorted out the 'Electricity' yet? It was difficult seeing the Kleftiko we were enjoying. Those restaurants had more people in them than Kyrenia Harbour tourist traps.

Denktash went to the English School... the Cyprus college didn't even exist back then!

If I throw you across my knees and spank your pink bottom will that stop you making a complete dork of yourself?
