Analysts say the planned visit of Obama just ahead of the presidential statement regarding the 1915 incidents signal that the new president will refrain from labeling the incidents as “genocide.”

In my view, this is already a done. There are more than 60 votes in the senate to pass this bill, even if Obama wants to be seen as staying on the sidelines. Somehow, I do not think speaker of the house, Nancy Pelosi will allow Obama to veto this bill when it comes up. A 60+ votes in the senate, Obama does not even need to pretend to be vetoing the Armenian Bill. This bill would have passed even under Bush last year, because there are many Republicans who will also vote for the bill. I believe it will pass by 80+ votes.!

Yes they will talk about Cyprus. USA wants Turkey to join the EU and if the Cyprus issue is not solved, they might never join. Exact quote from AlJazeera's article:

"The US government is committed to Turkey joining the European Union and talks on finding a peace deal for Turkey and Greece over the divided island of Cyprus, she said.
"I reiterate the Obama administration's support for Turkey's membership of the European Union. The United States believes it will strengthen Turkey, Europe and our transatlantic partnership."
The Obama administration also supports UN-sponsored talks "to achieve a settlement of the Cyprus conflict, based on reunification of the island as a bi-zonal, bi-communal federation"."
