How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I wish I could say you had an IQ, but alas there is not much cerebral activity to be found. :( What a shame...

GR! is seriously trying to trap people into posting something bad about Cyprus so that he can now feebly seek some justification and be vindicated for his anti Greek stance ...

Somebody is going to make you go back and defend every word and judging by the makedonija website its looks like its written by Kakouratou so good luck with that.

Look at it this way DT, if the Macedonian debatable gripe hadn’t been included at the end of this thread what could you have possibly argued?

That people shot dead trying to cross the Greek border were actually rabies-infected dogs or that deaths in custody were natural due to old age?

Nice try matey....unfortunately for you it WAS included. Now I will get to your other stuff as well but I'd like you to give me your thought process on your Big Mak site first.

Your other choice is to just say sorry that you weren't being careful and that you didn't mean to include it as evidence. :D

The article was clearly titled by me as "The Macs are NOT happy" and if you wanted to post something to counter the Macs you could.

As for the rest of the official reports from professional bodies... they don't get any more damning than that DT, so any attempt to soften Greece’s blow is a very low act and a waste of time!

So get over it... Greece is a serious human rights abuser!

I shall remind you next time you post from a Mac site that you don't agree with them but have just offered nicely to pass on their concerns to us :?

As for Greece are they as bad as the Italians?

Italy is as irrelevant to the CyProb as Papua NG so I don’t know what possessed you to start a thread on her, unless you were under the foolish impression that had you found another EU country with a tainted HR record Greece would be excused for her HR crimes!

Well DEAD WRONG, and it was dumb of you to even try.

And how exactly is Greece's Human Rights' record, relevant to the Cyprus Problem?

Is she occupying Cyprus and abusing its citizens daily?

You don't read much do you?

I thought you'd come back with something stupid like that so you'll find on the same link my explanation.

Apart from the fact that we belong to the same Union and they are a vital ally and partner to Cyprus may I also remind everyone that had the Venetians performed better against the Ottomans then we wouldn't have a Cyprus problem now.

It is mind boggling to think that Greek Cypriots would engage in Greece bashing. Do the Greece-bashers actually believe that the entire Cyprus would not simply be the kibris province of tourkomongolistan if it were not for Greece?

Think of the peace dividend that Greece could reap: if it were not for the existential threat posed by the tourkomogoloi against the Republic of Cyprus, Greece would be able to reduce her ridiculously beefed up military. A not insignificant percentage of Greece's military expenditure is committed to maintaining a deterrent against tourkomogolo aggression against the Republic of Cyprus.

If Greece is not your best ally, who is? And let me pre-empt any stupid responses: (1) Cyprus does not need allies, and (2) The EU, are both incorrect.

This "Hellenism" you peddle is in fact a serious Human Rights abuser Oracle... hardly the "motherland" example Cyprus should follow!

This i wrote again: Turkey's theory: as much as international bodies vote against you that means you are the winner of the game.If resolutions are in your favor then you are the looser (see Cyprus case).

Fortunatetly recently Turkey started to have some favors resolutions. The river seems to find its correct route....
