Why can't you get to Cyprus overland and then a ferry?

Well thats another Cyprus Problem aftermath.
I think you can go to northern cyprus from Turkey.However you will not be allowed to pass to southern cyprus because of not arriving from any of the republic's legal ports.

i recently read somewhere that they are planning to have a ferry from pireaus in greece to cyprus.it was not mentioned though when they are planning to start it....

By the way i have a question, with ferries can you also transport your car?

Under E.U regulations all E.U citizens can go where they like in cyprus dispite whatever port or airport they entered from.

but the north is not recognised by anybody and it is not an EU country. only the Republic of Cyprus joined the EU. Bro you sure your right??
