I usually prefer KEO as its the local brand, but I'm also fine with a Carlsberg or Loel. But when I have free choice - I go for Guinness.

Well if you like Guinness (which I don't) you want have a problem when your breast feeding, its great for helping you produce good think healthy milk for your baby!!
