VW , or rather very ..weird , thinks that Cyprus does not have its own currency , he or she maintains that since the Euro is the currency common to 27 European nations , None of then have their currency , they have the Euro which is the EU currency commonly used by all 27 nations that do not have their own currency but have.......
His reasoning is simple , like him ! The "trnc" does not have its own currency but neither does the RoC , SO THERE !!

You started the currency bun-fight by stating that TRNC didn't have its own currency, to which I countered that neither did the "RoC".
Countries like Britain, Iceland, Australia, India, and so on, have their OWN currency. Countries like Spain, Italy, France and Cyprus SHARE a common currency - the Euro, they don't have their OWN.
Definition of own - That which belongs to someone and no-one else.
It's you that won't let it go.

Plonker the RoC has its own currency , it is called the EURO , it substituted its old own currenCy the Cyprus £ .
The "trnc" does not have its own currency , therefore the comparison that you made was stupid.

People who have not experienced the Euro do not understand. Just like you. Cyprus has its own Euro currency. The difference is that the currency between other Euro rate in europe is equally the same sharing 1 economy.
