Oh, and never learn to cook!

You have style Lana
You are right not to learn to cook !
I think that is where I went wrong , I have a natural talent for cooking and I adore doing so , so I have been doing the cooking for years , my late wife hated cooking and never learned !!
I also wash up , do my own laundry , ironing , do my own wine tasting , but hate making my bed , and doing the hoovering .
Cooking Roast jerk chicken today with lyonnaise potatoes , roasted fennel and ...grilled halloumi . Starters a bowl of Trahana with plenty halloumi !!
Accompanied by a bottle of Roger Neveu Sancerre , followed by a bottle of Spanish Chardonnay , Finca De La Font de La Figuera , one of the finest Chardonnay wines to come of Spain.
The Sancerre wine from the Loire valley is an exceptional sauvignon blanc wine that generally is drunk as a follow up to a Chardonnay but because of the intense flavours of Jerk chicken I chose it as the most appropriate out of the two.
As for afters , a couple of hours of keep which just about rubs my day up !
Success or what !!
