Lets face it the GC judge cocked up big time and roc will pay in the end. Move on.

so in your little mind 4 judges cocked up huh?...

What difference does it make how many there were. Are you saying that they had a fair trial.
Are the TCs in the south getting fair trial. Like for like. When a TC claims his land in the south, get the same decisions as GCs? Get a life you antipodean arshole.

but i thought you said possession is nine tenths of the law...maybe they hold the same views as you or you saying you got it ass about and they can travel the same route as Mr A....enlighten the forum...

Has he got his property back yet, when he does and actually lives in it, you win, in the mean time shut your foul smelling trap, boy.

no but he made sure a scumbag is not living there either...and never will...the less scumbags the better wouldn't you say old boy?...

Even a simpleton should understand this. Whilst the roc has the land of the TC this land was given against, the owner has no right to it either. When the roc gives the land back to the TC which sold his right to the orams, then he can. Double dipping of the first degree. Roc hangs on to the land whilst paying for the case of Mr Apostocuntus to claim his land. Get fucked ashole.

I am back! I noticed that my e.mail was out of date on my profile so I changed it. The stupid system deactivated my account until one of the moderators reactivated it next day or day after, can't remember.

Anyway, putting the bad language aside, can anyone refute the facts which I gave in my origial message? Just ask any honest Greek Cypriot advocate in Nicosia and they will very my facts. Well, I am sure at least there are some Greek Cypriots capable of commenting properly on what is written without resorting to pathetic insults. I am waiting.

Actually I do know that some of you are good people who can discuss things properly in private but unfortunately when it comes to a public forum like this one, the show takes priority. I am guilty of this as well but the hard solid facts I give is always correct.

Elko, from what I see everything was done in a perfectly legal way by the Cyprus courts. If the Orams could not meet the 10 day deadline that is their problem. And the only title deeds that exist in Cyprus are those issued by Republic of Cyprus. I can imagine how much the judges must have been laughing when the Orams presented those "trnc title deeds". I hope the Orams will not try to pay their debt with monopoly money!

It is time for you to realize that just because you choose to ignore the reality and fantasize about "trnc", "trnc title deeds" etc, that the rest of the world doesn't share your fantasies. So wake up. In Cyprus there is only one country, the Republic of Cyprus. Republic of Cyprus has some laws, which you have to respect while being anywhere on this island. If you violate the laws of Republic of Cyprus you will be brought to justice and convicted. And if you thought you could escape by hiding behind Turkish tanks, think again, because now the rulings of RoC courts are enforceable in the whole EU.

Pirates,
My last post was not meant for you, obviously you are one of those parrots not capable of a logical discussion.
