Yes the strike is over.

Christmas to now..............this guy is taking you for a ride....

I hope to hell you have penalty clauses and a good lawyer . Don't let him get away with it, although with a nearly 8 month delay he is taking the p.............s

Think you should name names then others can beware.

Eight months late and counting is a DISCRACE! This is someone's (Caroline's) life they are playing with and messing up.

I have purposely not mentioned my son by name or his company as there would be a conflict of interest but can I just say that this situation is very very common in Cyprus.

It was one of the main reasons he decided to come here and offer a service that we should all expect and get from builder/developers.

His first 5 houses were delivered on time and with no hidden extras.

Unlike my own developer (built before son arrived) who 2.5 years on is now suing myself and my wife for not paying him. And I will not until he completes my house. And to top it all we are now able to prove that he fraudulently charged for "extras" he never did, in colusion with the architect. Over £10000.

Please Please Caroline do not give in......they will take you for a ride if they can....from one who knows........

Good luck

Caroline...

Is the house close to others?

He should get power from a neighbour if they are willing and he pays the bill.

Dont forget he has needed power throughout the build so he got it from somewhere........................
